As a Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance and maintain the company’s brand image. You'll oversee marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
What will you be doing?
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather requirements, and document detailed specifications.Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.Solution Design: Develop and propose solutions to address business challenges, including process changes, technology upgrades, or new systems.Project Management: Assist in managing projects by developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates effectively to stakeholders at all levels.Reporting: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions and track key performance indicators (KPIs).Testing and Validation: Coordinate and conduct testing of new systems or processes to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of new systems or processes.Your Experience & Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with business process modeling and improvement methodologies.Familiarity with project management principles and practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of industry-specific tools and technologies is a plus.
