Yes! We have an extensive list of integrations located on our Integrations page in the navigation bar. We integrate with more Raters, AMS's, and CRMs than any other platform in the market. We also have the most extensive integration with all these platforms, getting as much data as possible into those systems so you can streamline your quoting process.

XILO pulls third-party data from multiple data sources to give your clients or agents data on drivers and vehicles in a household, property, and even commercial information. We do not pull license numbers, social security numbers, or accident history.

Our primary focus is personal lines but because XILO Forms are completely customizable, you can build commercial lines forms on the platform. It's important to note that we do not support commercial lines forms which means you will need to support them yourself if you'd like to use XILO for commercial lines.

We are working on our analytics module and are adding new data points frequently. Some of our customers use us to see sales performance of their reps, performance of different sources, performance of marketing and XILO forms in general.

No! We learned quickly that agents do not want to login daily into "another" system. That is why we made it so agents can access most features either through their emails or by simply bookmarking a form link.

We do have the capabilities to do this based on your relationships with carriers or rating platforms. We do not bring our own partnerships into being able to complete this functionality. With a carrier or rating platform involved, we can return quotes to Clients either on the forms or inside our Client portal depending on how long it takes to process the quote.

Yes! We can integrate your forms into any Acord or Supplemental application you would need for personal lines quoting. We typically see these types of integrations needed when our customers are working Specialty or high net-worth clients. We do not typically handle integrations into multiple Supplemental Applications on the commercial lines side given the complexity of these applications.

The time it takes to complete onboarding typically depends on if there are any new integrations, new features, or large form builds that need to be completed. Those types of developments will be scoped out before we agree to partner together. If none of these developments are needed and the form customizations are light, we typically complete our work within the first 1-2 weeks. From there we like to roll-out the platform to a few agents at a time to maximize training and adoption. This can take another 4-8 weeks but the platform will be live during that time.
