OIG was facing a challenge many agencies face: time-consuming, manual processes and reliance on paper instead digital for information capturing and transfer. Fulfilling internal document requests meant having to send documents by email to a support email. The documents often lacked important data that should have been included. Another challenge they faced was adding and updating the forms on their website. Adding and updating forms required submitting requests to a designer and developer then paying for waiting on the work to be completed.
OIG turned to XILO as an insurance technology solution to power their digital transformation. They leveraged XILO's Simple Forms internally to quickly fulfil document requests. These forms were set up with required fields to ensure important data is captured. OIG also uses XILO to quickly add and update forms on their website - freeing designers and developers to spend their time improving website experience and performance. A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
