XILO started in 2018 as a solution to help Co-founder and President Eli Zaragoza's independent insurance agency modernize their sales and marketing processes in order to compete with rising digital competition. We quickly realized this was a not just a problem his agency was having, but insurance organizations all across the globe. Since then, we've set out to help the underserved agencies, carriers, and MGAs who want to modernize their sales and marketing processes in order to match the experience that direct writers and InsurTechs are providing.
