This week we'll review several things we're cooking up on our side to make your lives a little easier. We're working on increased data security with our SOC 2 compliance, getting the Dec Page Reader across the finish line (It's currently in testing with several of our accounts), XILOphone (our very own phone system to help with data collection and E&O compliance) is in the planning stages, and last but not least, Analytics are coming!
We're actively working on receiving our SOC 2 compliance Part 1 in the coming months and are on the verge to getting our full SOC 2 compliance certification by March 2024. In doing so, we will be one of the very few to be able to manage customer and client data more securely than most systems out there! Rest assured your data and your customers' data is and will continue to be in secure hands!
Our Dec Page Reader is almost ready for beta release, we're currently in the process of testing with a few clients to make sure it's ready for a broader release!
Want to be able to record the conversation with your clients as its happening and automatically have the system pull out the quoting data that you can easily edit and push into your AMS's or Carriers that aren't in your Rater?
