1. Download the extension
XAI's Hobby Tier lives on our Chrome Extension. You do not get access to the Dashboard on the Hobby Tier. Don't worry, you'll still be able to send form links and auto-fill data via XAI. In order to get started, you need to download the extension. Visit this website below once you are on your desktop.
2. Using the Extension
You can get a lot of value out of XAI's Hobby Tier in a few simple steps:
- Send Quote Request Forms to Customers: Once logged in to the extension, you'll be able to send quote request forms directly to your customers. In the Hobby Tier, you automatically get Auto, Home, and Personal Bundle forms. Copy a link and check it our for yourself first! But do not send the opened form to your client as they need to visit a fresh link.
- Get Notified When New Leads Come In. Once the client fills out the form, you'll be notified of their submission. All of the data captured will be added directly to your Chrome Extension under the Client List
- Choose Your System: Select the system (rater, AMS, carrier, etc.) into which you want to integrate the data. If your system isn't listed, let us know. You are able to auto-fill the data collected into virtually any system and if its not currently available, you can help us add it by hopping on a call with us to run XAI through your system.
- Auto-Fill Data Into All Your Systems: Log into your chosen system and start a new form. Open the XAI extension and click "Fill Page" for the client's data you wish to use. The extension will automatically populate the fields on the form reducing your data entry time by over 50% on average!
3. Understanding XAI
We offer Hobby and Pro tiers on XAI. The Hobby tier is completely free but you're limited to 7 auto-fills a month. You'll see more of what that means when you get into the extension. The Pro tier has unlimited auto-fills.
